Garlic Butter Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts - 3
- Chopped Garlic – 3 Tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 2 Tbsp
- Paprika – 2 Tbsp
- Mixed Herbs / Italian Seasoning – 2 Tbsp
- Unsalted butter - 3 Tbsp (room temp)
- Salt – as per taste
Method:
- First brine chicken breasts by combining the warm water and 2 Tbsp of salt in a large bowl.
- Stir it well until salt is completely dissolved.
- Add the chicken breasts and let it sit for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450F / 230C.
- Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Remove the chicken from the brine and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs/Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- First, brush the chicken breasts with butter.
- Now sprinkle garlic and then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
- Similarly, repeat the same procedure for the other side too.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely.
- Remove from the oven and transfer it to the serving plate.
