Garlic Butter Baked Chicken


Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breasts - 3
  • Chopped Garlic – 3 Tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – 2 Tbsp
  • Paprika – 2 Tbsp
  • Mixed Herbs / Italian Seasoning – 2 Tbsp
  • Unsalted butter - 3 Tbsp (room temp)
  • Salt – as per taste
Method: 
  • First brine chicken breasts by combining the warm water and 2 Tbsp of salt in a large bowl.
  • Stir it well until salt is completely dissolved.
  • Add the chicken breasts and let it sit for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 450F / 230C.
  • Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Remove the chicken from the brine and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs/Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  • First, brush the chicken breasts with butter.
  • Now sprinkle garlic and then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
  • Similarly, repeat the same procedure for the other side too.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer it to the serving plate.
