Peri-Peri Chicken



Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breasts - 3
  • Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
  • Paprika Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Black Pepper powder – ½ Tbsp
  • Chopped Parsley – 2 Tbsp
  • Oregano – 1 Tbsp
  • Peri-Peri Sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
  • Olive Oil – 4 Tbsp
Method:
  • Wash and clean the chicken. Make sure you remove the excess water.
  • Make incisions on the chicken
  • Marinate the chicken with garlic paste, peri-peri sauce, paprika powder, black pepper powder, parsley, oregano, lemon juice. & olive
  • oil. Add salt if required. (Peri-peri sauce will have salt added in it.)
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hrs.
  • Preheat the oven to 1800C.
  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with potato wedges and fried rice.
