Peri-Peri Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts - 3
- Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
- Paprika Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Black Pepper powder – ½ Tbsp
- Chopped Parsley – 2 Tbsp
- Oregano – 1 Tbsp
- Peri-Peri Sauce - 3 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
- Olive Oil – 4 Tbsp
Method:
- Wash and clean the chicken. Make sure you remove the excess water.
- Make incisions on the chicken
- Marinate the chicken with garlic paste, peri-peri sauce, paprika powder, black pepper powder, parsley, oregano, lemon juice. & olive
- oil. Add salt if required. (Peri-peri sauce will have salt added in it.)
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hrs.
- Preheat the oven to 1800C.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with potato wedges and fried rice.
