Sheer Khurma


Ingredients:
  • Roasted Vermicelli – ½ Cup
  • Roasted Nuts – 4 to 5 Tbsp (Almond, cashew, pistachio)
  • Roasted Raisins – 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Seedless Dates – 3 Tbsp
  • Milk –1 Ltr
  • Sugar – ½ Cup
  • Cardamom Powder – ½ Tsp
  • Rose Water – 1 Tsp (Optional)
Method:
  • In a wide pan, add 1 ltr of milk, bring it to boil stirring in between.
  • Once the milk is hot, add roasted vermicelli. Cook vermicelli in milk completely.
  • Now add chopped dates and roasted raisins and cook them.
  • Next, add cardamom powder.
  • Once the vermicelli got cooked completely, add sugar.
  • Finally, add roasted nuts and rose water.
  • Turn off the stove.
  • Serve hot or chilled topped with dry fruits.
