Sheer Khurma
Ingredients:
- Roasted Vermicelli – ½ Cup
- Roasted Nuts – 4 to 5 Tbsp (Almond, cashew, pistachio)
- Roasted Raisins – 2 Tbsp
- Chopped Seedless Dates – 3 Tbsp
- Milk –1 Ltr
- Sugar – ½ Cup
- Cardamom Powder – ½ Tsp
- Rose Water – 1 Tsp (Optional)
Method:
- In a wide pan, add 1 ltr of milk, bring it to boil stirring in between.
- Once the milk is hot, add roasted vermicelli. Cook vermicelli in milk completely.
- Now add chopped dates and roasted raisins and cook them.
- Next, add cardamom powder.
- Once the vermicelli got cooked completely, add sugar.
- Finally, add roasted nuts and rose water.
- Turn off the stove.
- Serve hot or chilled topped with dry fruits.
