Wheat Dry Fruit Cake

Ingredients:

  • Almonds - 5 to 6
  • Cashew Nuts - 5 to 6
  • Seedless Dates - 10 to 12
  • Luke Warm Milk - 1 1/2 Cup
  • Jaggery - 1/2 Cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Salt - 2 to 3 pinch
Method :

  • In Bowl add dates, cashew nuts, almonds, jaggery and  1 cup milk,
  • Soak it for almost 45 minutes.
  • Blend it into a fine paste.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.
  • In a separate bowl , sieve flour, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt.
  • Mix well. To this add the blended paste. Mix well.
  • Add another 1/2 cup of milk and mix well. Mix everything in same direction.
  • Grease the baking pan and the cake batter into it. garnish the cake with dry fruits of your choice.
  • Bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes.
