Wheat Dry Fruit Cake
- Almonds - 5 to 6
- Cashew Nuts - 5 to 6
- Seedless Dates - 10 to 12
- Luke Warm Milk - 1 1/2 Cup
- Jaggery - 1/2 Cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Milk powder - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt - 2 to 3 pinch
Method :
- In Bowl add dates, cashew nuts, almonds, jaggery and 1 cup milk,
- Soak it for almost 45 minutes.
- Blend it into a fine paste.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.
- In a separate bowl , sieve flour, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt.
- Mix well. To this add the blended paste. Mix well.
- Add another 1/2 cup of milk and mix well. Mix everything in same direction.
- Grease the baking pan and the cake batter into it. garnish the cake with dry fruits of your choice.
- Bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes.
