My Journey Learning The Art Of Cooking

As a child, my grandmother was one person who influenced me a lot. She raised and, in many senses, taught me skills that would be useful for life. One such skill was the art of cooking. My grandmother had a wonderful style of cooking. She used traditional Indian methods of cooking and enhanced her dishes by combining different elements of taste. Whenever I returned home from school, the aroma of her food used to instantly fill the house.

As I turned 16, my grandmother had made it her aim to pass on her legacy to me. At first, I used to watch her cooking from a distance but as time passed by, I started to get more involved in the action. Slowly, I started understanding the concepts of cooking. Months passed by and as I turned 17, I had become a great cook (As per my grandma At least).

Now, I’m a married woman, with 3 children standing by me. I opened this blog with the aim in my mind being that I could pass on my grandmother’s as well as my own tasty recipes and make them known far and wide. I hope I achieve this aim in the future.
