Italian delight: ‘Broccoli Pizza and Pasta’

When Italian food comes to mind, the first few things anybody thinks about are Pizzas and Pasta. After all, those are the most famous dishes of Italian Cuisine. Nowadays, many restaurants throughout the world serve different varieties of Italian cuisine – each one different from the previous one. At times, the real feel and taste of the food are lost. Well, Broccoli Pizza and Pasta has not made this mistake. In fact, their food makes you imagine and feel as if you are roaming the streets of Italy

I have a special liking for Pasta and Pizza, particularly for the wide variety present. Every bite I took from this restaurant’s great food reminded me exactly why I loved it!

Their Great Pasta:

It is a known fact that the taste of Pasta stems out from the sauce used. On such a fine day, My family and I decided to order two different Pasta dishes. This was not only to give the right judgment on their pasta but also to have a great time eating these dishes. The two dishes we chose comprised of the ‘Chunky Pomodoro pasta’ and the ‘Spicy arrabbiata pasta’.

One great thing to be noticed in ‘Brocolli Pizza and Pasta’  is their appropriate way of naming their dishes. The spicy arrabbiata pasta was exactly how it was described. Having great spice, the arrabbiata pasta is the right choice for any food lover. The pasta was neither too soft, nor too hard. It seemed like they had come quite close to perfection.

The Chunky Pomodoro pasta is another great pasta in the pasta menu of the restaurant. It was not too spicy and had more of a sweet taste. Although it was great, the spicy arrabbiata pasta seemed to resonate more with me. The presentation of the dish was great too!

Although there are restaurants in the UAE and India serving better pasta, this restaurant gives a great competition in the field.

Unique and Defining Pizzas:

Broccoli Pasta and Pizza are commendable for the plethora of pizzas they offer. Choosing from such a wide range of pizza was really difficult as they all just seemed too good. After a few moments of pondering, the decision was made – we were ordering the ‘Spicy Ranch Chicken Pizza’ and the ‘Chicken BBQ pizza’.

These pizzas are not like the ones you get from Pizza Hut and Dominos but they are no less. Having great thin crusts (at least since we ordered that :)), these pizzas packed quite the punch. The cheese and other parts just seemed to melt in my mouth. The Spicy Ranch Pizza was quite unique. The way they were packed and presented was just amazing! Firstly, the sauce was spread evenly over the entire pizza. This gave the entire pizza a great look which would make your mouth water. Taste-wise, I wouldn’t say its the best I have ever eaten, but its still a great choice for trying out something new.

The Chicken BBQ was exactly how it should be. It was similar to other restaurants and was not as unique as the other one. Due to its similar taste, it is not the kind of dish that sets a restaurant apart from the others. On the contrary, it is a dish that is great as an addition to the menu. The Chicken was cooked properly. The styling was done properly and the cheese was great.

My personal preference, I would recommend the Spicy Ranch Chicken pizza over the Chicken BBQ pizza as it gives more of a unique and defining taste.

Hospitality:

Well, you guessed it. Broccoli Pizza and Pasta were quite unique as they sent over a cheesecake of great standards, that too, as a side dish. The delivery was on time without any delays of any sort. Furthermore, they even made sure that every dish was perfectly delivered via chat.

Conclusion:
